Jordan Ann Kevan, originally from Montreal, graduated from McGill University with an Applied M. Sc. in Bioresource Engineering.  In April 2005 she was hired as the River Institute’s Education Programs Coordinator.  Her job includes working with teachers, board representatives and scientific staff at the River Institute to market, co-ordinate and deliver environmental education programs in French and in English.  Some of these educational programs include: Eastern Ontario Children’s Water Festival, Envirothon, Rotary Adventures in the Environment, as well as Elementary and High School environmental science presentations.  Jordan also teaches for the Environmental Technician Program offered at St. Lawrence College (Cornwall).
