Programs for Kids
The River Institute has a whole lot of cool stuff that kids can do to learn about science and the environment. We offer educational programs to school groups at Cooper Marsh, and if the class can’t get to the Marsh, the River Institute will bring the Marsh to the classroom! All school programs complement the Ontario Curriculum.

Eastern Ontario Children's Water Festival
A curriculum-linked program geared toward school groups, the festival is a great way for kids to splash their way to a better appreciation for one of our most precious resources: water!

Eco-Friends Summer Day Camps
When school is out, the hands-on, minds-on learning continues!  Register for a day or join us for the summer!  From frog-catching to arts and crafts, there's always something new to explore at Eco-Friends Summer Day Camps!

March Break Winter Fun Week

Spend March Break at Cooper Marsh!  Do you know how plants, animals, insects and birds spend the winter?  Think they're all sleeping?  Think again!

Many of our Education Programs take place at Cooper Marsh, which is owned by the Raisin Region Conservation Authority.  Click the logo below to visit their site.
