The conference will be held at the NAVCANADA CONFERENCE CENTRE.

Registration fees includes:   All technical sessions, program & abstract book, mixer, banquet, (drink tickets), daily coffee breaks.

Payment

Registration fees should be paid in Canadian ($) in advance of the conference. We accept Government Purchase Orders, Visa,  Master Card and we can invoice your organization.

Confirmation

An email confirmation will be sent to you after receipt of your on-line or faxed registration. For credit card registrations processing may take a few days. Please contact us if you need assistance immediately.

Receipts

Receipts for registration fees will be issued at the conference with your registration package. Please notify Sandra Crites-Peterson if a receipt is required in advance.

Cancellation 

Cancellation received in writing prior to May 10, 2007 will receive a full refund less a $25 administration charge. No refund will be given  for cancellations after  May 10th, 2007

Student Travel Awards

Five lucky students will be awarded $100 travel award. You must submit an abstract to qualify for a student travel award.  Please check the student box on the abstract submission page.  You will be notified via email and a cheque will be available at the registration desk.
