Soiree at the St. Lawrence River
Institute:
a 5-minute bus ride will take you to the River
Institute for a tour (optional), followed by a wine and
cheese/hot buffet at St. Lawrence College lounge and an
entertaining evening talk with Nature

Theatre
Payment
Registration fees should be paid in Canadian ($) in advance of
the conference. We
accept Government Purchase Orders, Visa, Master Card and we can
invoice your organization.
Confirmation
An email
confirmation will be sent to you after receipt of your on-line
or faxed registration. For credit card registrations processing
may take a few days. Please contact us if you need assistance
immediately.
Receipts
Receipts are sent with
confirmation via email
Cancellation
Cancellation received in writing prior to April 20, 2010 will
receive a full refund less a $50 administration charge.
No refund will be given for cancellations after
April 20th,
2010
Student
Travel Awards
Five lucky students will be
awarded $100 travel award. You must
submit an abstract to qualify for a student travel award.
Please check the student box on the abstract submission page.
You will be notified via email and a cheque will be available at
the registration desk.
