The Conference will take place at the NavCanada Conference and Training Centre, located on the banks of the St. Lawrence River in Cornwall, Ontario Canada.

Our Facilities

Specialized meeting planners will help you coordinate all the details. We also offer a variety of meeting packages to suit your specific needs.

We can accommodate any size group from 4 to 400, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Our auditorium (which seats 250) is equipped with booths for translation, computer labs for groups are available for groups of up to 24 people, display and exhibit space at your disposal as well as state-of-the-art
multi-media and audio-visual equipment and technicians available to suit your needs. A
s added incentive parking at the centre is free.

Dining Services

Our catering staff and our Executive Chef can help you plan meals and snacks to keep you and your guests satisfied. Put our experience to the test: we offer meals suitable for a wide variety of dietary needs and can help make the most of your event. Our six dining rooms can be adapted for your special event, banquet or reception. Breakfast, lunch and dinners are served in our cafeteria and dining area.

The NAV CANADA Training Institute and Conference Centre is located in Cornwall, Ontario close to Montreal, Ottawa and just a few minutes from New York state.

Via highway #401, exit 796, south on Boundary Rd. to Montreal Road, then turn right and proceed 2 km to NCTI.
